This document sets out the rules and conditions governing the use of the 442 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 442 platform at https://442.best, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
Your continued use of the 442 platform following any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current terms in effect.
This platform is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement in accordance with applicable laws in Malaysia.

- Use is subject to Malaysian law
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 442 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. 442 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm the validity of the information provided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not carried out with your knowledge, is your responsibility.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the 442 support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
Users of the 442 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using our services:
- Abusing promotions or bonuses through dishonest means
- Using automated software, bots, or technical methods to manipulate the system
- Sharing your account with another individual or transferring account ownership
- Using your account for money laundering or any other illegal activity
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform
- Ensuring the platform is used for personal entertainment purposes only
- Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations
- Updating personal information whenever changes occur
- Responsible for all financial transactions made from your account
- Reporting any technical issues or inaccuracies to 442
Payment Information & Transaction Policy
All financial transactions on the 442 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are subject to the following terms:
The minimum deposit is RM 20 for most supported payment methods, including local e-wallets and bank transfers. All deposits will be credited to your account once verification is complete.
442 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.
Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe set by the platform. Withdrawals may only be made to an account registered under the same name as your 442 account.
Any suspicious withdrawal attempts may result in a temporary hold pending a security review.
All bonuses and promotions offered by 442 are subject to the wagering requirements (rollover) stated in the respective promotion terms.
Bonus abuse may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, as well as action taken against the accounts involved.
Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy
The 442 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. 442 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform.
442 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or technical errors. Financial losses resulting from technical disruptions beyond our control are not the platform's responsibility.
You agree that 442's maximum liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
442 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or at our discretion to protect the integrity of the platform.
Users whose accounts have been suspended pending investigation may contact our support team for further information. 442's decisions regarding account suspension or closure are final.
Balances in accounts closed due to terms violations may not be refunded, subject to the outcome of 442's internal investigation.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content on the 442 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of 442 and is protected by copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, or use this content without prior written consent from 442.
The 442 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. 442 has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices.
442 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved in a competent court in Malaysia.
